1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging CityWide Media Group Pvt Ltd for advertising or location-partner services, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Advertising services

• Ad slots are booked on the packages and weekly rates published on the Advertise page, subject to availability.
• Creative must meet our published specifications and go-live is subject to approval and payment confirmation.
• We reserve the right to decline content that is unlawful, misleading or inappropriate for our venues.

3. Location-partner services

• Screens remain the property of CityWide. Revenue share is paid monthly per the terms of your partner agreement.
• Partners provide space, power and connectivity as described on the Partners page.

4. Payments

Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Campaigns go live within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the creative you supply and grant us the licence needed to display it on the network. All CityWide branding and website content remain our property.

6. Liability

We provide services with reasonable care but do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
